Pros

It’s a small company, and it feels more like one big family most days than a work environment.

Cons

There’s some tiffs between coworkers here and there that can be emotionally upsetting, but they’re usually resolved pretty quickly.

Great coworkers, pleasant office space

Cons

Disorganized with management at the whims of the CEO. Low PTO. No option for hybrid or remote work despite the fact that the job could be done easily from home in case of a weather event or sick day, which then forces you to take a day off when you could just work from home. Micromanagement and no flexibility.
