Pros
- OT is currently voluntary - Fulltime, paid per hour. - For now, employees still have the option to work from home, and for those that's like to work in the office that is also an option. - Wages have increased since I first started working. - Coworkers/Managers are friendly and want you to succeed at doing your job. - It is a fun job. - The benefits are pretty decent in my opinion. - Usually yearly, there are opportunities to apply for more managerial roles if an employee would like to pursue them. - The company tries to be transparent about news.
Cons
- Inflexible on start/end times (you start and end at very specific times based on project/shift, these times cannot be moved not including any OT) - Overtime is dependent on manager approval and good standing (have you met/exceeded the requirements of your job to allow for OT) - You'll be sitting at a desk for the whole day behind a computer screen.
