Pros

If NOT in management, a pretty chill place to work.

Cons

Horrible company benefits. What benefits we did have have been taken away (no more 4 day work week, "Remote" classification has been revoked, health insurance is trash, OnePass wellness benefit is scammy). Not only that, pay increases are a abysmal. The pay is merit based; expect 2-3% increases yearly, with 4-5% being considered "Meets and Exceeds Expectations," and these are rarely handed out. People previously tolerated being underpaid because we had Fridays off and were classified as remote. However, there are less and less reasons to stay at this company, and return to office is likely over the next 5 years.

Pros

Fully remote, collaboration is excellent with Sales and Engineering teams. Nice people.

Cons

Onboarding was awful. Tend to turnover people frequently, always around April and October, which coincides with their fiscal year. HR people are never the same for very long. Medical benefits are ok. Questionable ethics in the Legal & Compliance Dept of all places. It's evidenced with all the legal counsel they have hired, there are more of them than there are customer service people it seems. It pays the bills, but it's not a job one should count on for long term. It seems the strategy is hire with high pay, but let go within a year. Seen it happen to many people.
