Everyone is very friendly! I love the program and it is a nice transition from college to working. The new Decatur building is beautiful and creates a very positive communication environment.

Cons

Needs work with organizing all of the different internal websites. They should consider putting them all in one place but I am sure that will come with time due to the fact they are getting used to being a large company.

Fully remote, collaboration is excellent with Sales and Engineering teams. Nice people.

Cons

Onboarding was awful. Tend to turnover people frequently, always around April and October, which coincides with their fiscal year. HR people are never the same for very long. Medical benefits are ok. Questionable ethics in the Legal & Compliance Dept of all places. It's evidenced with all the legal counsel they have hired, there are more of them than there are customer service people it seems. It pays the bills, but it's not a job one should count on for long term. It seems the strategy is hire with high pay, but let go within a year. Seen it happen to many people.
