Pros

Acuity has minimal pros. No dress code and decent pay. Remember that money is not everything when deciding your future career

Cons

This company is going through growing pains and they have no clue how to handle them. The HR department is a disaster, in turn setting an awful example for the rest of the organization. Upper management does not listen to their people at all. If people are not leaving the company on their own, they are getting laid off without much thought. Most people do not even unpack their desks because no one knows when they will be next! There are so many great companies in Atlanta. This is NOT one of them. If this review saves even just one person from making the worst decision, I will be glad.

Fully remote, collaboration is excellent with Sales and Engineering teams. Nice people.

Cons

Onboarding was awful. Tend to turnover people frequently, always around April and October, which coincides with their fiscal year. HR people are never the same for very long. Medical benefits are ok. Questionable ethics in the Legal & Compliance Dept of all places. It's evidenced with all the legal counsel they have hired, there are more of them than there are customer service people it seems. It pays the bills, but it's not a job one should count on for long term. It seems the strategy is hire with high pay, but let go within a year. Seen it happen to many people.
