Pros

Sounds like a great company on paper. Boasting unlimited sick days, 4 day work weeks, and a very relaxed dress code.

Cons

They still can't figure out how to give us 4 day work weeks at our company. Saying that we won't have adequate coverage to do so. (Even though Decatur office has this). If you wear shorts to work you will not be allowed in the factory. (Which is required for quality audits etc.) Constant lying and not listening to the workers. Things are so bad now we were asked to rate our morale on a scale from 1-10. The VP reviewed these only to show us a slide of the previous companies he has worked for and that the stock grew rapidly while they were employed there proving our concerns to be invalid. Hostile culture where everyone hides behind processes to prevent any work from being accomplished. More paperwork than anything else. There is no engineering being done at this company.

Pros

Fully remote, collaboration is excellent with Sales and Engineering teams. Nice people.

Cons

Onboarding was awful. Tend to turnover people frequently, always around April and October, which coincides with their fiscal year. HR people are never the same for very long. Medical benefits are ok. Questionable ethics in the Legal & Compliance Dept of all places. It's evidenced with all the legal counsel they have hired, there are more of them than there are customer service people it seems. It pays the bills, but it's not a job one should count on for long term. It seems the strategy is hire with high pay, but let go within a year. Seen it happen to many people.
