Pros

Its a job. Will fill he gap until something rewarding is found.

Cons

The job description and salary is a trap. It is a lie, and despite the seeming offer of good money, because of long hours, salaried hourly pay will be half of what you sign up for. There is no system in place to control processes. Everyone is in survival mode. Work hours are 10-14 hrs per day, with a very good chance to work Saturday and Sunday. Only broken souls stay at this job.

Pros

Fully remote, collaboration is excellent with Sales and Engineering teams. Nice people.

Cons

Onboarding was awful. Tend to turnover people frequently, always around April and October, which coincides with their fiscal year. HR people are never the same for very long. Medical benefits are ok. Questionable ethics in the Legal & Compliance Dept of all places. It's evidenced with all the legal counsel they have hired, there are more of them than there are customer service people it seems. It pays the bills, but it's not a job one should count on for long term. It seems the strategy is hire with high pay, but let go within a year. Seen it happen to many people.
