Pros

Working a 4 day week or being off on Friday. Onsite Cafeteria.

Cons

Almost everything else. They give you an option to work a 4 day week or work from home on Friday but regardless you will be working on Friday. In fact you will be working 60-65 hours a week in most positions. They don't provide training to any of their employees. Instead they expect you to know everything that you need to know when you come in and don't expect to receive future training. If you don't learn it on your own then they fire you. In some cases within 6 months. They refer to your first 3 months as "drinking from a water house" and they think that's cute instead of trying to improve their practices. They over pay people because they know that the company culture sucks so bad and people will simply suffer and stay for the money. The benefits are subpar. HR is the absolute worst because they are being lead by people who totally lack leadership skills, personality and in some cases HR experience. Most of the department is being ran with a likeness of a college sorority with decisions being made based on likeability and pettiness and not skillset. The biggest kicker is that they lay people off on a regular basis without cause or because employees have opinions outside of management and not simply because of company performance. The company over pays severance because of their unfair practices of terminating employees with cause. If employees did not accept the severance packages and instead sued the company for their unfair and unethical practices then maybe they would learn a lesson and become a better company. when the leaders in HR are unethical you find yourself at a company that has created a culture that his unacceptable and employees that are unhappy.

Pros

Fully remote, collaboration is excellent with Sales and Engineering teams. Nice people.

Cons

Onboarding was awful. Tend to turnover people frequently, always around April and October, which coincides with their fiscal year. HR people are never the same for very long. Medical benefits are ok. Questionable ethics in the Legal & Compliance Dept of all places. It's evidenced with all the legal counsel they have hired, there are more of them than there are customer service people it seems. It pays the bills, but it's not a job one should count on for long term. It seems the strategy is hire with high pay, but let go within a year. Seen it happen to many people.
