Pros

Some of the best professionals I've ever been around. The people are genuinely interested in performing to the best of their abilities and producing the best product they can.

Cons

There was an adversarial environment between the union workforce and the salaried staff. I was able to overcome this and build a good working relationship, but it made things a bit awkward to start.

Pros

Fully remote, collaboration is excellent with Sales and Engineering teams. Nice people.

Cons

Onboarding was awful. Tend to turnover people frequently, always around April and October, which coincides with their fiscal year. HR people are never the same for very long. Medical benefits are ok. Questionable ethics in the Legal & Compliance Dept of all places. It's evidenced with all the legal counsel they have hired, there are more of them than there are customer service people it seems. It pays the bills, but it's not a job one should count on for long term. It seems the strategy is hire with high pay, but let go within a year. Seen it happen to many people.
