Pros
Some perks. The work schedule is a Mon-Thu 4-day week for most but don’t count on it. It is not guaranteed. The dress code is casual and there are some good people there at the lower levels
Cons
The reviews that are positive should be taken with this perspective. It looks like Sr mgt took notice that the avg rating was low and sent an edict out to get some good reviews from current employees to raise the avg. Here’s how you can tell if they have been forced written or suggested by their manager. They are very short. Most are one sentence reviews and even then, some of them have valid cons. If you have a true experience, why would you rate a company you like with only one sentence???? This is a toxic environment. Stay away if you can. The following was taken from a news article describing a Toxic environment: Your Boss Never Delivers on Their Promises, You Aren’t Getting Feedback on Your Performance, You Don’t Have Any Say in How Your Job Should Be Done, Disrespectful Behavior Is Tolerated, The Higher-Ups Aren’t Truthful, There’s High Employee Turnover, Your Co-Workers Are Visibly Unhappy, HR Isn’t Addressing Issues with the Work Environment, Communication Is Lacking or Disjointed, Management Shows Blatant Favoritism. My experience there had a glaring 8 of 10 of these reasons Top grading, nepotism. NO career paths. HR is viewed as the Gestapo. This is a Bro atmosphere where cliques take care of each other. The Controls management is in shambles. Every time there is an acquisition the new acquisition gets a preferred seat at the table and bring in the people they want to protect and promote. That shakes things up and creates an unstable work environment for the ones who have been there and made the business successful. To sum this up I would say this place is morally bankrupt.
