Pros

Literally none, except for false deceptions while being hired

Cons

Employees are treated like crap, irrespective of if they're a line worker or engineer. I was hired as an engineer expected to work 8-10hrs a day but I worked no less than 12-14hrs including 8hrs on Saturdays. They expect you to come in most weekends. The manager schedules meetings after 5pm for no reason, most of them which don't really add up any value. Except for the HR, engineers are expected to sit in open bullpens on the production floor where there are 400+ lien workers around and you're expected to work in that craphole. The day starts at 6am and if you're an engineer, assume you'd be reaching home around 9pm if you live less than an hours drive because they just want you to stay for no reason. I'm not sure about other facilities but never work in the Des Plaines, IL facility

Pros

Fully remote, collaboration is excellent with Sales and Engineering teams. Nice people.

Cons

Onboarding was awful. Tend to turnover people frequently, always around April and October, which coincides with their fiscal year. HR people are never the same for very long. Medical benefits are ok. Questionable ethics in the Legal & Compliance Dept of all places. It's evidenced with all the legal counsel they have hired, there are more of them than there are customer service people it seems. It pays the bills, but it's not a job one should count on for long term. It seems the strategy is hire with high pay, but let go within a year. Seen it happen to many people.
