Excellent pay and benefits Highly organized and well led Fanatical attention to employee safety way above agency compliance Good training decks assessable on the company share site

Cons

Corporatate attitude with "one size fits all policy" even when it doesn't. Poor human resources structure other than corporate Continued loads placed on personnel already overloaded Over processing- causing too much time away from core responsibilities Too many goals set to impossibility causing a perception of constant failure even when some goals are met.

Fully remote, collaboration is excellent with Sales and Engineering teams. Nice people.

Cons

Onboarding was awful. Tend to turnover people frequently, always around April and October, which coincides with their fiscal year. HR people are never the same for very long. Medical benefits are ok. Questionable ethics in the Legal & Compliance Dept of all places. It's evidenced with all the legal counsel they have hired, there are more of them than there are customer service people it seems. It pays the bills, but it's not a job one should count on for long term. It seems the strategy is hire with high pay, but let go within a year. Seen it happen to many people.
