Pros

Networking with different engineering groups helps builds your connections. Chill workload, hardly any pressure, with a high salary. Your job is just to learn.

Cons

HR is horrible at communicating and thats who the LPs report to. No one ever knew what was going on. This is a lean manufacturing company so they get as much work out of one person as they can to "eliminate waste". They trap you in the program and won't let you get hired out even if you and a manager would like to work together. If you want a chill job, this is the place. If you want to be developed as an engineer, be challenged, and work in a fast paced environment, run.

Pros

Fully remote, collaboration is excellent with Sales and Engineering teams. Nice people.

Cons

Onboarding was awful. Tend to turnover people frequently, always around April and October, which coincides with their fiscal year. HR people are never the same for very long. Medical benefits are ok. Questionable ethics in the Legal & Compliance Dept of all places. It's evidenced with all the legal counsel they have hired, there are more of them than there are customer service people it seems. It pays the bills, but it's not a job one should count on for long term. It seems the strategy is hire with high pay, but let go within a year. Seen it happen to many people.
