Pros

-4 Day Work Week -Decent Salary -Location

Cons

There are so many to list here are just a few: -The overall culture is extremely toxic and like being back in elementary school -Immature management and staff with a culture of teacher's pet favorites -If you don't act like a child you will be ostracized by your team and bullied -If you wear something other than tshirts jeans and tennis shoes you will be asked repeatedly why you are so dressed up and asked if you are interviewing and you will become a suspect -Terrible technology with legacy systems that are bandaided -No plans to improve technology and systems just plans to do just enough -Management has below average knowledge and became management because they are in the buddy network -Stagnant industry with growth only coming from frantic haphazard acquisitions -HR is non existent and only posts online surveys and no one knows what happens with the information from the surveys -Very very very old outdated building, furniture, carpet, etc. If you are a mature adult and a seasoned professional who cares about your career, this is not the place for you! Please continue your job search and be patient. If you decide to take a job here, update your resume immediately because you will likely be looking to leave within a year. If you are straight out of school and just want to have fun, this is the place for you!

Pros

Fully remote, collaboration is excellent with Sales and Engineering teams. Nice people.

Cons

Onboarding was awful. Tend to turnover people frequently, always around April and October, which coincides with their fiscal year. HR people are never the same for very long. Medical benefits are ok. Questionable ethics in the Legal & Compliance Dept of all places. It's evidenced with all the legal counsel they have hired, there are more of them than there are customer service people it seems. It pays the bills, but it's not a job one should count on for long term. It seems the strategy is hire with high pay, but let go within a year. Seen it happen to many people.
