Pros

Exposure to all phases of luminaires and designs. Resouces available to develop products in the right way when a clear focus is developed and fully executed.

Cons

Does not understand the difference between R&D and Product Development and resources needed to support each function. Does not stay the course in executing strategic strategies.

Pros

Fully remote, collaboration is excellent with Sales and Engineering teams. Nice people.

Cons

Onboarding was awful. Tend to turnover people frequently, always around April and October, which coincides with their fiscal year. HR people are never the same for very long. Medical benefits are ok. Questionable ethics in the Legal & Compliance Dept of all places. It's evidenced with all the legal counsel they have hired, there are more of them than there are customer service people it seems. It pays the bills, but it's not a job one should count on for long term. It seems the strategy is hire with high pay, but let go within a year. Seen it happen to many people.
