Great pay (much better for the same position than other companies)

Cons

Work vs personal life balance is very bad; company expects you to work too much hours and even work weekends. This is not "enforced" by management, but peer & management pressure is high to meet KPIs while being under-staffed. This obviously also affects work environment, since most people work under constant stress.

Fully remote, collaboration is excellent with Sales and Engineering teams. Nice people.

Cons

Onboarding was awful. Tend to turnover people frequently, always around April and October, which coincides with their fiscal year. HR people are never the same for very long. Medical benefits are ok. Questionable ethics in the Legal & Compliance Dept of all places. It's evidenced with all the legal counsel they have hired, there are more of them than there are customer service people it seems. It pays the bills, but it's not a job one should count on for long term. It seems the strategy is hire with high pay, but let go within a year. Seen it happen to many people.
