Pros

Pay. Just the pay.

Cons

Upper Management knee jerk course changes, constant layoffs without thought of effects on day to day, communication is a joke-make 4 phone calls to get an answer you should have known because the issue wasn't shared with group or department, no work-life balance, LEAN drives the bus-if its not "on the list" it's ignored till someone overreacts although there was plenty of time to be proactive.

Pros

Fully remote, collaboration is excellent with Sales and Engineering teams. Nice people.

Cons

Onboarding was awful. Tend to turnover people frequently, always around April and October, which coincides with their fiscal year. HR people are never the same for very long. Medical benefits are ok. Questionable ethics in the Legal & Compliance Dept of all places. It's evidenced with all the legal counsel they have hired, there are more of them than there are customer service people it seems. It pays the bills, but it's not a job one should count on for long term. It seems the strategy is hire with high pay, but let go within a year. Seen it happen to many people.
