Pros

Working here has taught me how to identify a bad environment during an interview. It gave me some ideas for questions to ask during the interview so that I never have to endure a place like this again. I don't work there anymore.

Cons

The best I can describe it is a hostile work environment. I probably could have taken legal action but I'm just going to try to forget about it. The place is dirty and unorganized. The top thing that bothered me though, was the sexual and racist jokes told by managment (not kidding). I was offended by the huge amount of cursing (it was beyond unprofessional and downright offensive). From what I heard in talking to other employees, many hourly workers had not received rasises in years. They do not follow federal law by providing breastfreeding rooms for nursing mothers (I was not in need of one, but a coworker was and was not obliged). Training is not offered, which may be the biggest problem with the company. Sure the routine ethics, safety, etc mandatory training is given, but it's pretty much an in one ear out the other kind of thing.

Pros

Fully remote, collaboration is excellent with Sales and Engineering teams. Nice people.

Cons

Onboarding was awful. Tend to turnover people frequently, always around April and October, which coincides with their fiscal year. HR people are never the same for very long. Medical benefits are ok. Questionable ethics in the Legal & Compliance Dept of all places. It's evidenced with all the legal counsel they have hired, there are more of them than there are customer service people it seems. It pays the bills, but it's not a job one should count on for long term. It seems the strategy is hire with high pay, but let go within a year. Seen it happen to many people.
