Pros
This used to be a youthful company, energetic with somewhat meaningful projects as they proclaimed, while this is sadly no longer the case in recent years.
Cons
First, the overall pay is below mediocre especially in Bay area. No perks and lack of the benefits considered to be normal in other similar companies. Second, the work/office environment becomes horrendous in recent years. The overall workforce in this company is young, but some of the relatively-more-experienced hires are being "asked" to leave not in the politest manner, probably they don't want to raise their pay but would instead cite their work performance. This is due to lack of incentives for analysts and the junior managers. Meaningful work is not valued and employees are treated without respect. Third, the hiring bar is becoming lower and lower for most positions. The new hires are of little experience while those just gained some experience are forced away. This puts lots of pressure on the company and project cannot be done like before.
