Pros

Overtime is paid and readily available during busy periods. Hybrid work options provide good flexibility. Internal recruitment is managed by a separate department, reducing workload overlap. There’s no micromanagement, and you’re generally trusted to manage your own responsibilities.

Cons

There’s a lack of organization at the higher level, making it difficult to get clear information on position requirements and job details. Workload fluctuates between being extremely busy and completely quiet, with little to no forecasting in most divisions. Frequent last-minute requests and a lack of consistency across departments can make planning challenging. Not ideal for someone new to recruitment, as processes often change and structure is limited.
