Pros
There's a good feel about the place. Everyone gets along and there isn't a lot of drama (between the worker bees). There is newer management (within a year's time) so there is hope for better opportunities
Cons
No work, you go home. The managers 'feel bad' and yet don't go out of the way to get more work in. The salesman talks that there's work coming but alas, no. Many employees have been wanting training in other methods but they have been waiting for years. Communication is not the best because it is assumed that it has been spread to everyone and yet it hasn't. One area, quality let's say, has one way they want the techs to do things, and the Ops manager doesn't care so it's not enforced. There are no upward advances. They don't pay for the worth.
