      Benefits are very good, upper management has been understanding and helpful with any problems , great teamwork amongst our coworkers. No drama and we our doing great things for the community. Really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Works spaces need some updates (paint, flooring, decor) to make it a more inviting place. Communication between our other offices offsite of the main building could be better.

      All of my coworkers are very helpful and passionate about this job. I get the chance to further my career after a year, by doing the internship program. And it gives me the chance to help others and give them the desire to want to stay clean and sober.
