      The director of our department is very supportive. I appreciate cooperative relationships within the management team. It seems like staff have job security here. I appreciate that Adapt pays 100% of health insurance premiums.

      All of my coworkers are very helpful and passionate about this job. I get the chance to further my career after a year, by doing the internship program. And it gives me the chance to help others and give them the desire to want to stay clean and sober.
