If you're willing to learn, there are a large number of extremely skilled people who are happy to share their knowledge The culture is one of collaboration - we are all working towards putting out a best-in-class product and everyone, from the president down, is willing to put in long hours if needed The company has created an atmosphere where I truly feel like my colleagues are my friends The daily lunches, frequent potlucks, off-site parties, and celebrations of birthdays/babies/marriages all combine to bring us together
