      I can't think of any

      Cons

      Overworked, underpaid, unappreciated and massively stressful. Company bringing in new people at the top (read, boys club) that are making vast unpopular changes. A lot of people have left recently and it's no coincidence. Yet problematic employees are allowed to stay and have to be tolerated. Database and information systems are a MESS.

      Fast paced, innovative, collaborative and flexible

      In transitional years - very much a company that is a maturing start up and running into those predictable barriers that come with that growth.

      Good pay, generous benefits, additional employee welfare options

      Cons

      The whole department was removed due to company going under. This was within 4 months of employment. I was able to get another job soon but wished they never hired if they were going to cut the workforce by 40%. After that, the company had multiple rounds of layoffs. Very unstable company.
