Pros
I have been working at Adaptive for around 4 years now, and can say I have seen it go through some pretty major ups and downs. The huge recent development was the addition of hourly employees to the annual bonus program, which had previously been reserved only for salaried employees. This feels like leadership listening to the workers that make the wheels turn at the company, and realizing that retaining their experienced and talented hourly staff is important to achieve profitability.
Cons
Lots of work still needs to be done. Too much hierarchy in the company culture, drama over promotion cycles, and leadership that is very much still figuring it out in terms of making the business profitable while keeping employees happy and feeling secure in their jobs
