No pressure to decline visits (as PRN) that are out of territory. Leadership seems focused on quality care over financials and does not push for over treatment.

Rapidly growing team with staff changes, at times frequent changes to SOP. Home care home base tablet system can feel outdated and redundant at times (but they are working on new charting systems).
