      Clients as well as families were great

      Cons

      Management lies to their clients regarding the care they will receive. Multiple times clients were left with out care ( Lack of staffing) . Will have staff care for care for other family members not on contract. Lack of training to inexperienced Care givers.

      Great support from Management, always willing to help out Fair compensation, family-oriented, PTO and medical leave

      From what I heard, the health insurance could be more affordable for families
