Make sure they train you properly! If you feel like they are throwing you in say something! They trained me backwards such as having me do admissions and recertifications without any proper training in the computer system! Therefore eventually making my charting stack up to the point it was extremely overwhelming! Make sure they don't put the "cart before the horse". Be assertive!
