The fellow Case Managers are always willing to help each other out as needed.
Cons
Management from local office to corporate off do not care about employees. They only care about the bottom line. When you bring attention to a large issue that can affect performance, they will not listen and expect you to work multiple hours unpaid in order to complete what they need by when they want it. No matter if you have double or triple the admissions or visits. They seem to get rid of good nurses.
