People are quite thoughtful and respectful in discussions. I'm still friends with a lot of my former coworkers. Down to earth, too, which is somewhat rare for a Silicon Valley venture-backed company. - Good engineering culture. Willing to try out a lot of ideas while still having a necessary focus on keeping things robust.
