- It was like management competed to see who could be the most immature and unprofessional
- The pay is much lower than what our competitors offered their recruiters
- You will be expected to work evenings and weekends because the most important thing is putting money in your managements pocket
- Management will expect you to be subserviant and noncombative for if your opinion clashes with theirs and you so dare to voice it, be prepared for them to pull you into a room and threaten your job.
- There will be gossip groups and cliques but if you're an actual adult and choose to refrain from immersing yourself in either of those, you won't be valued. (management also has their favorites and supports only those they deem worthy enough for them)
- You will be trained not to be honest with people and expected to lie to your candidates if it means making the company some money.
