      Pros

      I am immensely grateful for the opportunities that Addison Group offered me. I grew so much as a professional and had the chance to work with extremely driven and hardworking people. The culture of the company has an extremely open door policy. It is encouraged to ask questions and anyone at varying levels is happy to sit down with you.

      Cons

      Staffing is stressful, but that is simply just the industry. Addison Group makes great efforts to keep morale high.

We try to provide the best environment to help all our employees excel and grow both personally and professionally. With our recently launched Accelerator Program we train current employees to be a mentor and then match with new hires upon completion of the training.       The team, culture and integrity throughout the Addison Group is top notch.

      Sometimes working at a large organization consistency throughout the company nation wide is not maintained

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
