Company itself has a structure that prevents growth and holds a cap on earnings. Incentivized to do whats best for Managers and Addison as a whole & not the recruiter(s). It's a good first job in agency recruiting but no place to stay and grow. Hence why their retention is so low and they don't even attempt to keep their people. Also, they underpay & benefits are below average. Great people in the Charlotte office, nice location too.
