      Pros

      Some people are nice and when they have parties it’s fun

      Cons

      They overload you with work, don’t care that you don’t have the bandwidth, have no money to spend on important things, and are letting people go left and right

      The team, culture and integrity throughout the Addison Group is top notch.

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
