Being a sales driven company, the work life balance is not for everyone and Addison Group would heavily benefit from establishing company wide remote/hybrid policies. Every team seems to have a different work from home policy and this can cause tension from other teams that are expected to be in office more. I would say pretty much every job here could work remote but some managers have strict in office only policies. I also think that starting salaries for recruiters and bdms are rather low. I know the compensation should be mostly reflected in their commission but some people may struggle to live comfortably when just starting the job.
