      They let you make your own schedule and no weekends. The office I work for the management is nice to you. You get 401k and benefits

      Rewarding work for the community you live in.

      Cons

      Depending on your branch you'll have completely different experiences. My Branch Manager had no business being in her position and made work a waking nightmare.
