      Very flexible when scheduling,401k and health insurance

      Cons

      Pay is horrible, lots of wear & tare on your vehicle, they won't let you have alot of overtime

      Rewarding work for the community you live in.

      Cons

      Depending on your branch you'll have completely different experiences. My Branch Manager had no business being in her position and made work a waking nightmare.
