      People are very nice to work with. Nice work life balance and caseload.

      Lacks hands on education and organization. Lack of communication at times Benefits cost way too much for what you get.

      Rewarding work for the community you live in.

      Cons

      Depending on your branch you'll have completely different experiences. My Branch Manager had no business being in her position and made work a waking nightmare.
