Lots of opportunities to take ownership and make an impact early. Flexible work arrangements and supportive culture.

      Cons

      Cons: The pace is intense; not for those who want a “9-to-5” role. Processes are still maturing, which can mean occasional ambiguity. Rapid changes in priorities can be challenging if you prefer stability.

      Terrible Job recruiters and they waste your time with non-important bull just to string you along. Made me take some assessment 4 times to give me an interview just to deny me in the end. Literally a scam company and I should be compensated for the amount of time I have had to put in just to get nothing. The company is scammy as well and pay you nickels and dimes but expect you to be time efficient and reliable.
