Pros
The people! Fantastic group of skilled, motivated and generally inspirational people in the main. The training! I have attended several of the in-house training courses and they are really amazing. Worling with colleagues from other countries, cultures and business units on interactive training exercises gives you great insights and ideas to improve your own area. The career opportunities! Adecco truly believes in promoting from within, and also in mobility within the company. I started in France and am now based in Tokyo!
Cons
I would say the main area for improvement is internal communication. Efforts are being made but word of mouth and coffee room discussions are still often the fastest and most reliable source of information.
