Pros

Not any... they get you on contract and ignore you after that.

Cons

Very lazy and no representative in-person follow-up. I have worked contract in the Seattle metro area for around 12 years before taking a placement assignment with this company. If its either this place or a unemployment check - OK I get it. Keep looking for another engineering contract outfit to represent you. This will be my first and last working relationship with Adecco.

Pros

They are flexible on schedule

Cons

Do not work here. Terrible training, other recruiter wouldn’t share anything and I had no clue what I was doing 90% of the time. Since I had experience it seemed as if they felt like they didn’t have to show me anything and that I would just suddenly know how their company worked. Had no idea who to ask what questions since we didn’t have a branch manager. Didn’t get access to my HR dashboard till a month into the job. IT is impossible to get ahold of, you’re just in loops with a chat bot. “Office space” is in a strip mall, and most likely has mold. There was an in office temp that helped as a receptionist and they treated her terribly, even arguing/yelling at her in front of me and others.
