      Pros

      Causal environment, manageable workload (when you finally get work), Vice President is very engaged with the department, overtime offered often, and good pay

      Cons

      Lack of training, lack of communicate, unstructured/organized, some of the consultants (supervisors) agent very personable, new hires typically just sit around waiting to do something which can sometimes take a month (if you're a person who likes getting paid to do nothing then this is the perfect job for you), kitchen area isn't the cleanest, new hires can be easily forgotten depending on the team you're on, fast growing company, which can be a bad thing, some temps have been there a year and they're still temps (no job security) etc.

      Do not work here. Terrible training, other recruiter wouldn’t share anything and I had no clue what I was doing 90% of the time. Since I had experience it seemed as if they felt like they didn’t have to show me anything and that I would just suddenly know how their company worked. Had no idea who to ask what questions since we didn’t have a branch manager. Didn’t get access to my HR dashboard till a month into the job. IT is impossible to get ahold of, you’re just in loops with a chat bot. “Office space” is in a strip mall, and most likely has mold. There was an in office temp that helped as a receptionist and they treated her terribly, even arguing/yelling at her in front of me and others.
