They don't really care if the employee has an issue, they are really working for the company they place you at.

Terrible Job recruiters and they waste your time with non-important bull just to string you along. Made me take some assessment 4 times to give me an interview just to deny me in the end. Literally a scam company and I should be compensated for the amount of time I have had to put in just to get nothing. The company is scammy as well and pay you nickels and dimes but expect you to be time efficient and reliable.
