Pros

Easy to get hired (***However, extremely hard to stay employed by company who make, abrupt/random mass company layoffs extremely often***)

Cons

Poor salaries. Extremely high turnover. Very poor training if any at all. Random & abrupt mass layoffs (recent 2017). New health benefit changes (increased in cost and lowered in quality). Outdated systems making it impossible to have consistent/efficient work output, Nearly all top executive/corporate positions worldwide, including multiple top level CEO's, have been fired and replaced showing major disfunction across all brands worldwide. This disfunction shows that there is poor job security for any Adecco position at any and all levels. The "anonymous" company surveys Adecco has employees fill out such as A Great Place to Work, are not anonymous. Managers and corporate are completely able to see who took each survey and what they wrote. All of management/corporate review 100% of the surveys and will punish employees for poor ratings and/or constructive criticism. Honestly sounds a lot like Nazi, Germany's voting system.

Pros

They are flexible on schedule

Cons

Do not work here. Terrible training, other recruiter wouldn’t share anything and I had no clue what I was doing 90% of the time. Since I had experience it seemed as if they felt like they didn’t have to show me anything and that I would just suddenly know how their company worked. Had no idea who to ask what questions since we didn’t have a branch manager. Didn’t get access to my HR dashboard till a month into the job. IT is impossible to get ahold of, you’re just in loops with a chat bot. “Office space” is in a strip mall, and most likely has mold. There was an in office temp that helped as a receptionist and they treated her terribly, even arguing/yelling at her in front of me and others.
