      Pros

      They are awesome people to work for on both sides ( Adecco) staffing. That is the only temporary service I have ever worked for and they was so sweet never thought they were better than anyone. Shutterfly is an awesome company and upper management had great attitudes and they would come around and ask if everything is okay or do you have any idea’s that we could in prove on . I was seasonal and I’m trying to get hired permanently. The pay is great . I enjoyed it because it’s production and with me , I’m hyper and it fits me to a tee . Loved that place

      I really don’t have any con’s . It is 12 hours but like I said it is production and the time would fly for me .

      Do not work here. Terrible training, other recruiter wouldn’t share anything and I had no clue what I was doing 90% of the time. Since I had experience it seemed as if they felt like they didn’t have to show me anything and that I would just suddenly know how their company worked. Had no idea who to ask what questions since we didn’t have a branch manager. Didn’t get access to my HR dashboard till a month into the job. IT is impossible to get ahold of, you’re just in loops with a chat bot. “Office space” is in a strip mall, and most likely has mold. There was an in office temp that helped as a receptionist and they treated her terribly, even arguing/yelling at her in front of me and others.
