Avoid. Wish I had followed my gut feeling before accepting the job offer. - Anonymous employee Adecco Employee Review

Pros

They're an agency 'representing' the hiring company, acting as the HR for them. They are quite relaxed, will leave you alone, will not contact you if everything is ok. No strings attached

Cons

NO training provided at all. NO personal development plan, NO space to grow - as you're a contractor. They want you come and then finish and leave. Benefits virtually don't exist, minimal pension scheme in place (up to 2%) after 3 months, no childcare, no bonus, nothing at all. Have to accrue your own Bank Holidays and public holidays depending on how many weeks you've worked, otherwise you don't get paid for them. Confusing line management - you'll have to contact and report to your hiring manager in the establishment, AND the Adecco representative on site.

Pros

They are flexible on schedule

Cons

Do not work here. Terrible training, other recruiter wouldn’t share anything and I had no clue what I was doing 90% of the time. Since I had experience it seemed as if they felt like they didn’t have to show me anything and that I would just suddenly know how their company worked. Had no idea who to ask what questions since we didn’t have a branch manager. Didn’t get access to my HR dashboard till a month into the job. IT is impossible to get ahold of, you’re just in loops with a chat bot. “Office space” is in a strip mall, and most likely has mold. There was an in office temp that helped as a receptionist and they treated her terribly, even arguing/yelling at her in front of me and others.
