Pros

I gained good experience and was able to move on to a position paying the market value. Salaried position from the get go, so unlike other competitors you don't have to prove yourself.

Cons

Stressful and Inept Management from the Top Down. Low pay - two other nationwide staffing competitors offer a salary (once you hit your goals) that is 8-10k more than Adecco's and a bonus structure that is MUCH more competitive. Horrible systems that do not talk to each other. Your job title is recruiter, but you are responsible for so much more from payroll to selling new business to workers compensation and so on. This makes it hard to do any one thing right. Turnover is astonishing at all levels of the organization. Pay is the lowest for comparable positions. Training is sink or swim. The direction from top corporate executives is hazy besides, "we all need to work a little harder", but unfortunately everyone is maxed out.

Pros

They are flexible on schedule

Cons

Do not work here. Terrible training, other recruiter wouldn’t share anything and I had no clue what I was doing 90% of the time. Since I had experience it seemed as if they felt like they didn’t have to show me anything and that I would just suddenly know how their company worked. Had no idea who to ask what questions since we didn’t have a branch manager. Didn’t get access to my HR dashboard till a month into the job. IT is impossible to get ahold of, you’re just in loops with a chat bot. “Office space” is in a strip mall, and most likely has mold. There was an in office temp that helped as a receptionist and they treated her terribly, even arguing/yelling at her in front of me and others.
