Pros
I wish I could say something as simple as I get timely responses on urgent issues, but I can't. I wish I could say that they offer adequate health care, but I can't. I even wish I could say something as simple as I get paid on time, but they can't even be bothered to do that on a consistent bases.
Cons
Everything about this place is a con. Management is lazy, slow, and incompetent. Issues never get resolved. You're bombarded with excuses and semantics and never offered actual solutions, all while shifting the blame onto a middle man. They even respond with nasty and demeaning messages when you need help with time sensitive issues. My coworkers and I expressed our grievances about the inconsistent (and sometimes altogether missing) paychecks. Only to hear that they know they are terrible with payroll...and that's it. No solutions! The healthcare provider is pointless, with insanely high premiums for little to no coverage. If you try to leave they force you to stay enrolled for an ENTIRE YEAR. On-site office hours are constantly changing to the point where it is difficult to keep up, and even when you are able to, you may find it impossible to find them because they are hiding somewhere. Negligence is on a whole other level. They will go days without reaching out to inform you if there's a problem with your paycheck or timecard, and lots of times won't reach out until it's too late. Don't expect to make a living working here, because they like to make sure it's closed to impossible. No paternity/maternity leave, so if you're having a kid your on your own. Don't even expect to get your expenses back. You can go weeks, and months without hearing anything back. And once you do, you'd be lucky to hear that you even get your money back. The were the middle man during my stint with Waymo, and every resource was delegated to another OTHER middle man. Have a complaint or concern? Or worse, a time sensitive issue? Start swimming through the sea of middle men until you've tried yourself out.
