Pros

Wonderful teams - if you thrive in a positive work environment with great people this is a great workplace. I enjoyed working with teams from all over Canada and the training was great.

Cons

If you are tight on cash, the first 3 months are brutal. This is due to having to wait 3 months minimum before you see any commission. Once you get through the 3 months, it is ok. Small office means you also do double duty. I could not be successful at my job as a recruiter while being told I needed to man the door because we needed a minimum of 2 people in an office of 3 at all times.

Pros

They are flexible on schedule

Cons

Do not work here. Terrible training, other recruiter wouldn’t share anything and I had no clue what I was doing 90% of the time. Since I had experience it seemed as if they felt like they didn’t have to show me anything and that I would just suddenly know how their company worked. Had no idea who to ask what questions since we didn’t have a branch manager. Didn’t get access to my HR dashboard till a month into the job. IT is impossible to get ahold of, you’re just in loops with a chat bot. “Office space” is in a strip mall, and most likely has mold. There was an in office temp that helped as a receptionist and they treated her terribly, even arguing/yelling at her in front of me and others.
